Renwick and Associates Case Studies

Gateway to the Garden State: The Admiral Wilson Boulevard Property Acquisition and Redevelopment Plan
The mission was to provide valuation support for a major redevelopment project with national visibility. Faced with a very aggressive time line for achieving the Delaware River Port Authority’s goal to redevelop the Admiral Wilson Boulevard in advance of the 2000 Republican National Convention in Philadelphia, Renwick and Associates delivered multiple, high quality real estate appraisals, machinery and equipment appraisals, litigation support, market analysis, and related consulting. Renwick and Associates’ appraisals successfully withstood scrutiny and cross-examination of property owners’ representation, providing just compensation to property owners while saving the client substantial exposure to additional awards, damages, and fees.
