Property Acquisition and Redevelopment Plan

the Delaware River Port Authority’s goal to
redevelop the Admiral Wilson Boulevard in advance
of the 2000 Republican National Convention in Philadelphia,

value of a potential target company on behalf of

through acquisitions. Renwick and Associates’

the methodology employed by the target company’s
financial experts in estimating value. The result
of our report provided the client a strong foundation
for successful negotiation of a fair purchase price
for all parties based upon complete information

The assignment was to provide real estate appraisals
for multiple locations across eight cities on behalf
of a major national client to support a fast-track
corporate restructuring. Renwick and Associates
