Charles A. McCullough, CPA, MBA, ASA, SCGREA, CTA

Charles A. McCullough is one of the firm’s leading consultants in real estate and business valuations. He has qualified as an expert witness in preparing and providing testimony before numerous courts, commissions, and other quasi-judiciary bodies. He has lectured at the professional and collegiate levels on a variety of real estate appraisal subjects and courses including Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as an Appraisal Foundation Certified Instructor. He is a Certified Distance Education Instructor.

He served as Deputy Tax Assessor of Burlington Township in Burlington County, NJ for 14 years.

He is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.

EDUCATION:

Charles earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Magna cum Laude, from Rutgers University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Accounting, Summa cum Laude, from Rowan University. He has received extensive training in the field of real estate appraisal from the Appraisal Institute, the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. He has also received professional education in the discipline of business valuation from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS:

Charles is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (Real Estate-Urban) with the American Society of Appraisers, is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (SCGREA), which is the highest designation issued to real estate appraisers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a State of New Jersey Certified Tax Assessor (CTA). He is also certified by The Appraisal Foundation as an instructor for Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and by the State of New Jersey as a real estate appraisal instructor. He is on the approved appraiser list for a number of government agencies including the N. J. Green Acres Program, State Agricultural Development Committee, and the NJDOT. Mr. McCullough is a past Director of the South Jersey Chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and a former Chairman of the Education Committee of the Southern N, J. Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

Charles is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

CIVIC/NON-PROFIT ACTIVITIES:

Mr. McCullough is a current member and past President of the Moorestown Rotary Club, served as treasurer of Rotary District 7500, and was chairman of the Moorestown Township and Berlin Borough Zoning Boards. He is also a former president of the Association of Commercial, Industrial and Investment Brokers of South Jersey and is president of The Rutgers Club of Greater Philadelphia.
