Charles A. McCullough is Vice-President of Renwick and Associates, incorporated in 1973. In addition to his leadership duties as Vice-President, Mr. McCullough is one of the firm’s leading consultants in the fields of real estate appraisal, business valuation, and machinery and equipment appraisal. He has qualified as an expert witness in preparing and providing testimony before numerous courts, commissions, and other quasi-judiciary bodies. Mr. McCullough has lectured at the professional and collegiate levels on a variety of related subjects, including Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), Principles and Procedures of Real Estate Appraisal, Report Writing, and Real Estate Valuation in Litigation. Mr. McCullough served as Deputy Tax Assessor of Burlington Township in Burlington County, New Jersey, for 14 years..

EDUCATION:

Mr. McCullough earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from Rutgers University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from Rowan University. Mr. McCullough has received extensive training in the field of real estate appraisal from the Appraisal Institute, the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. He has also received professional education in the disciplines of business valuation and machinery and equipment valuation from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS:

Mr. McCullough is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (Real Estate-Urban) with the American Society of Appraisers, is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (SCGREA), which is the highest designation issued to real estate appraisers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, and is a State of New Jersey Certified Tax Assessor (CTA). He is also certified by the Appraisal Foundation as an instructor for Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and by the State of New Jersey as a real estate appraisal instructor. Mr. McCullough is on the approved appraiser list for a number of government agencies including the New Jersey Green Acres Program, State Agricultural Development Committee, and the Department of Transportation. He is a member of the New Jersey Association of Municipal Assessors. He is a candidate member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants for the C.P.A. certificate. Mr. McCullough is a past Director of the South Jersey Chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and a former Chairman of the Education Committee and Ethics Hearing Panel of the Southern New Jersey Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

CIVIC ACTIVITIES:

Mr. McCullough is a current member and past President of the Moorestown Rotary Club. He is the Renwick and Associates representative to BC2, a non-profit organization serving the interests of businesses in Burlington County, New Jersey. Mr. McCullough is a past chairman of the Moorestown Township Zoning Board, the Berlin Borough Zoning Board, and the Berlin Borough Planning Board Site Plan Review Committee. Mr. McCullough is also a former president of the Association of Commercial, Industrial and Investment Brokers of South Jersey.
