Damian Tryjankowski, BME, MBA, SCGREA

Damian Tryjankowski is a New Jersey State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with experience in appraising many types of residential, industrial, and commercial properties, including single-family residences, apartment complexes, motels, gas stations, office buildings, and industrial warehouse and flex properties. In addition, Mr. Tryjankowski is experienced in the valuation of land considered for acquisition under New Jersey’s Green Acres Program. He has assisted in the research and reporting of over 200 real property appraisals for the purpose of estimating various types of value and for appraisals used for real estate condemnation, ad valorem taxation, and investment decision making.

Mr. Tryjankowski had a successful 30-year career with Mobil Oil Corporation (now ExxonMobil) where, among other responsibilities, he supervised two worldwide business groups growing revenue to over $125M and profits to greater than 20% of revenue, transitioned problem businesses and products into major contributors, altered manufacturing, distribution and sales organizations to serve clients better and increase business profits, and analyzed clients’ operations and submitted written programs to improve efficiency.


EDUCATION:

Mr. Tryjankowski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Detroit, Detroit Michigan, and earned his Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.


PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS:

Mr. Tryjankowski is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (SCGREA), the highest designation issued to real estate appraisers in the State of New Jersey. He is currently an Associate Member of the Southern NJ Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He was inducted into membership of both Tau Beta PT (The Engineering Honor Society) and Pi tau Sigma (International Mechanical Engineering Honor Society.


CIVIC ACTIVITIES:

Mr. Tryjankowski served as a volunteer fundraiser for United Way Burlington County, was a board member for his church’s building committee, and served as a board member and house committee chair of Laurel Creek Country Club.
